Global City Forums can support individual, institutional and university participation. Application does not create membership, partnership, forum status, hosting rights, publication rights or institutional endorsement. Those rights exist only after approval and documented activation.

Identify the person or institution, city or forum context, desired role and reason for participation.

Confirm fit and current capability.

Review eligibility, active programs, responsible parties, applicable fees and what benefits can actually be delivered.

03 · Activate

Document the relationship.

Only approved participants receive the rights, access and responsibilities defined in the applicable agreement or program record.

Start with the participation objective.

The application should route into a real forum, city, research or institutional pathway. If the requested capability is not active, the applicant should be told that clearly rather than receiving implied benefits.
